As an experienced Operations professional, I specialize in consulting with food and agriculture startups to optimize their operations for success. With a proven track record in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
After spending several years at a large agriculture company, I gained hands-on experience in all aspects of operations. I also had the privilege of serving as VP of Operations at a food startup, where I oversaw the development of multiple successful projects, including US and OUS regulatory approvals, building ERPs, running RFPs, and creating company sustainability goals and reports.
What drives me is my passion for reducing waste, streamlining processes, looking for solutions, and organizing chaos. I thrive on helping startups navigate complex challenges and find innovative ways to provide operational support.
